CB44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
CB44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any content thereon is accurate or complete. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
CB44 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for reasons attributable to the Player's breach, CB44 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom and to apply any verified real-money Balance in accordance with its compliance obligations. Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
